Welcome to the nerve center of our national operations of insurance and ministry protection for our annual conferences and agencies affiliated with our all-lines property & casualty captive.
We are pleased to be of service to The United Methodist Church and look forward to helping you, whether you are a member of PACT looking for help and/or advice, a local church looking for insurance, an agent asking a question about coverage for a church or an annual conference wanting to partner with PACT in building a conference-wide risk financing solution.
We work closely with PACT’s CEO, Irene Howard, Esq., and PACT's CRO, Rev. Joy Thornburg Melton, in making sure we are responsive to your church and your Program Administrator's needs and efficiently handle the daily requests that are received. We also serve as a direct liaison to the insurance and reinsurance carriers involved as risk partners with PACT.

- Answering questions about coverages
- Receiving and approving endorsements

- Collaborating in PACT Webinars and other Training
- Supporting PACT members in rolling out conference-wide programs
- Supporting our PACT background screening resources
- Preparing for both Board meetings and the annual members meetings
